| How do I track my order? |

You will be e-mailed a link to your account on our website as soon as your item ships. Follow the link and track your package directly from our website 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Customer service will also provide you with tracking information by telephone if requested. |
| My order never arrived. |

If your order does not arrive, please contact customer service immediately. Rarely do our carriers, UPS and Fed Ex lose packages. While it can happen it is usually in the case of natural disaster, acts of god or down'ed plane. Your package was given its own unique tracking number which can trace the reason for non-delivery. Packages not delivered due to address error on our part will be rerouted or replaced immediately. If non-delivery is due to carrier error, a claim must be made against the carrier for replacement cost. While we cannot be responsible for carrier loss, we will do what ever it takes to replace the item, at customer cost, in a timely manner. It is up to the customer to place a claim against the carrier. We will assist the customer in any way possible to expedite the claims process. |
| An item is missing from my shipment. |

Often items are shipped from multiple warehouses and will arrive in separate shipments. If you feel this is not the case, please call customer service immediately, and we will investigate the problem. An item missing due to our error will be corrected immediately. Please call customer service. |
| My product is missing parts. |

Please contact customer service immediately if parts are missing from your delivery. It is important to check your package for delivery condition and parts when your package arrives. Missing parts that were due to our error will be corrected immediately. Parts missing due to carrier damage will also be corrected but only if the customer reports the damage in a timely manner. All packages are insured but liability of the carrier for damages is limited to the day of delivery. We will do whatever it takes to replace damaged or missing parts whether it is our fault or that of the carrier. |
| When will my backorder arrive? |

It is rare that an item will be on backorder due to the fact that most everything we sell is custom manufactured. Customer service will contact you with approximate ship date if a backorder accures. |
